challenge: get it back on track - this engineering firm had recently experienced a slow cycle and subsequently had a few well circulated aberrations in their payroll process. They asked for a repositioning that confronted this issue while doing a corporate redesign.
solution: we developed the new logo and the "Power to Change, Power to Build" slogan and redesigned all collateral, advertising and their website. The repositioning built confidence back and the company has subsequently been acquired by a world class business with 550 offices in 140 countries.
