challenge: define the difference - this regional offset printer had invested a huge chunk of capital in "new print" technologies. They wanted to take their differentiation to the market place.
solution: we created the "OK to be Square" and "S-squared" themes that leveraged specific areas that other printers couldn't match or often explain. Then working with their Sales Team, we identified four specific target candidates within profiled prospect companies. A series of process-educational cards were developed to address the specific benefits for each target. The theme migrated to subsequent handouts, brochures and ad campaign and the company has expanded and become one of the premiere printers in the area.
